Subject: Teacher Intern Programs

We are working to establish a teacher internship program for teachers who =
have a passion for our mission, but may lack the training or experience the=
y need for them to lead a classroom independently. Do any of you know of g=
ood, models for such programs? I am working on establishing the structure =
for selection, placement, supervision, training, and evaluation for the tea=
cher interns, and would very much like input from folks who have experience=
with such programs. Thanks!
